First Access is delighted to announce that Kira Dubas is now a member of our Advisory Board. Kira is one of the foremost experts on microfinance in China and has significant hands-on experience helping financial institutions improve their risk management, reporting practices, and investment-readiness.
Kira is currently a management consultant at Booz & Company in New York. She has served the US Department of State as a Fulbright Scholar researching microfinance institutions in China, and helped found Innocred, a platform for microfinance consultants dedicated to promoting the development of a fully inclusive financial sector in China, which offers strategic advisory, operational consulting, evaluation services and investment advisory. She has also worked as the Director of Administration and Finance at PlaNet Finance China, as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank, and in project management at Comcast.
Kira holds a Masters in International Development Economics from Yale, Bachelors Degrees in Math and French from Northwestern University, and a certificate in Mandarin Chinese from Tsinghua University.
